This year’s fundraising event promises an evening of elegance and entertainment with dinner, dancing, and more, to benefit MarbleJam Kids. MarbleJam Kids is a 501c3 non-profit organization providing creative arts therapies and arts enrichment opportunities to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and special needs. For the past two summers, the charity has produced ‘The Joey Travolta Short Film Camp’ giving kids and teens on the autism spectrum an inclusive opportunity to learn the art of filmmaking under the direction of Mr. Travolta. The charity provides year round opportunities in the arts at their Tenafly enrichment center and supplements costs of all programs through fundraising efforts.
Dancing with the Stars for Autism will honor Sheilagh Cirillo, Executive Director and Co-Founder of F.A.T.E. -Foundation for Autism Training and Education. The event will feature ‘Dance With Me Studios’ of Ridgefield NJ, professional ballroom dancers, home of Maks, Tony, & Val of the hit television show Dancing with the Stars! Additionally, ‘Rising Star’s Academy’ youth professionals, Maks Chmerkovskiy’s protégés, will also perform. Silent and Live Auction items include: Hand signed Rolling Stones Electric Guitar, Mets Tickets and more. Proceeds are tax deductible as allowable by law.
